The packages usually involve two days of visits to your site. The apprenticeships take twelve months or more if in full time employment.
The full apprenticeship is split into three components:
Each component has mandatory units; such as “Comply with health and safety processes and procedures in the workplace” and optional units such as “store waste and operating materials within a waste management facility” or “processing received waste”. With over 15 different options to choose from, these can easily fit into your usual tasks.
For someone working full time level 2 usually takes 12 months, level 3 up to 16 months.
