We will collect any IT equipment, such as laptops, tablets, android/smart phones, desktop PC’s, scanners, photocopiers and most office equipment, plus consumables such as cables & chargers.

What can we collect?
For donation of tablets, phones or Smart products . Previous iCloud, Google and Samsung accounts need to be removed before donation otherwise we cannot refurbish and resell the items. Please remove any external storage and sim cards that are present inside. Please try and include all cables and chargers with donations as they will be much appreciated.

Your data is safe
We are fully licensed deal with hazardous and non-hazardous IT waste under the EPA Duty of Care requirements.
All data is erased to HM Government InfoSec 5 enhanced standard using White Canyon Wipe Drive Pro software; or physically crushed using our Intimus 1000 Crusher.
Data Destruction is carried out by highly trained, security checked staff and volunteers.
We can provide you with a full report at every stage of the process, ensuring full compliance with current legislation.

Our Digital Inclusion & Social Benefits
We will repair any Laptops, Desktops and Apple products at reduced cost to help the community remain digitally included and extend the life of their IT.
We strip apart and use the parts to refurbish other technology. Anything we cannot use will then be separated to then go forward for recycling.
For the past 5 years we donated over 600 items of IT equipment to other local charities and community organisations, which included in 2023, for IT donations in the form of Laptops , desktop Pc’s, Mobile Phones , Servers and Networking Equipment, we donated over 40 items with a total resale value of £2240. We also have a supply of laptops allocated for low income households, which are sold at a lower cost than shop floor prices.
