We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team. This person will support the growth and performance of our reuse shops in South Wales.

They will be responsible for line managing all shop managers, supporting staff development and retail performance and ensuring compliance to our policies and procedures.

This will include working with people from a wide variety of backgrounds, at multiple sites in South Wales.

The right candidate will be an excellent personal communicator with a proven record of managing people and have a people centric approach to their work.

They will be a strong leader with vision and motivational skills and experience of working within the retail charity sector (although not essential).

They will have an eye for detail and be able to balance the importance of process and people. Most importantly they will be dedicated to improving our local communities and helping to break down barriers and delivering the Wastesavers Charitable Trust triple bottom line.
